Dear Parents and Guardians, Welcome to Panama Heights International Academy, we thank you for the opportunity to educate your children. Please see below the requisites and procedures for the admission process.

 

Admission Procedures.
The parent or guardian must complete the registration form in our office and provide the necessary documents for a provisional acceptance. All new students are required to attend a 3 week evaluation course. This requisite
is required to be fully accepted into Panama Heights International Academy.
We wish to cause you no delays or for you to waste unnecessary time, please verify with our staff to see that you have all necessary documents before visiting us.

 

Documents Required for Acceptance.
Completed registration form and signed contract by the parent or guardian
Birth certificate
2 passport or ID sized pictures of the student
Medical Certificate
Transcripts from previous institution please include conduct document and transfer permission.
Certificate for grade 9 (if applicable)
Students coming from other countries must have their records authenticated by the Panamanian Consulate or embassy nearest to you. Authenticated records must then go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Panama and the Ministry of Education. Once all documents are received the admission process can be finalized.
